Requirements for Participation:

• Considerable Influence: To apply, influencers must have:
o Instagram: At least 100,000 followers or,
o YouTube: At least 50,000 subscribers or,
o TikTok: At least 150,000 followers.
• Focus on the Hotel Segment: We are looking for influencers whose content is mainly focused on the hotel sector. We prefer partnerships with professionals who have expertise and target audiences aligned with our area of expertise.
• High-Quality Content: Demonstrate a track record of producing high-quality content and successful collaborations across your platforms.
• Detailed Proposal: Present a creative and original content plan that captures the essence of La Cupula and defines clear engagement objectives for the stay.

 

Selection process:

• Contact in Advance: Interested influencers must contact La Cupula at least 6 months in advance of the desired date for the collaboration.
• Profile Analysis: The La Cupula team will carefully analyze the influencer's profile, evaluating their reach, engagement and target audience.
• Partnership Proposal: If the profile is approved, La Cupula will send a personalized partnership proposal, detailing the benefits and responsibilities of both parties.
• Media Approval: Before publishing any content related to the partnership, the influencer must send the material for approval by the La Cupula team.

Partnership Period:

Partnerships with influencers are carried out exclusively during the low season, between November 1st and February 15th.

 

Transparency and Disclosure:

When promoting the partnership on their platforms, the influencer must:

• Clearly identify the nature of the collaboration: For example, if the stay was courtesy of La Cupula, use the caption "I thank La Cupula for gifting me with this stay."
• Be transparent with your audience: Make it clear that your opinion about La Cupula was not influenced by the gift or discount received.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Follow all guidelines and standards related to social media advertising.
• Disclosure on All Platforms: Content must be disseminated on all of the influencer's platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

 

Formalization of the Partnership:

After approval of the proposal and content plan, both parties will sign a service agreement that details the terms of the collaboration.
